Due to the digital nature of our website templates, all sales are final.

Once a template has been downloaded or accessed, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available.

If you experience technical issues accessing your template, please contact us for assistance.

Deposits for custom services are non-refundable, as they reserve project time and cover initial planning work.

Refund eligibility for any remaining balance will depend on the stage of the project and work completed, as outlined in your individual agreement.

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, payment will be due for all work completed up to that point.

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional cases.
